All Campus Refund Request

Complete this form to receive a full or partial refund of your balance of All Campus funds on your Wolfpack One Card. Note that only amounts greater than $10 can be refunded. Refunds are issued by the NC State Cashier’s office via direct deposit.

The One Card office will review your request, and if approved, process it.
